CV Fabrication High Flow Catted Downpipes for 2025 Explorer ST are NOW AVAILABLE!

With some slight changes to flange design, these updated Downpipes from CVFab still feature their reinforced rhodium high-flow 700 CPSI cats that will not activate check engine light, all TIG welded from 3" T304 Stainless Steel, and will now fit perfectly to your 2025 Explorer ST. Backed by CVFab’s Lifetime Warranty, you can install these downpipes with the confidence you’re getting not only better flow and performance, but a quality exhaust product that will last the life of the car itself.

Not to forget the added exhaust note and turbo noise!

Check them out for yourself here at Lethal Performance!

Is this “upgraded” downpipe simply not applicable to the 20-24’ models?

So, no need for defoulers?
They need defoulers. Almost all aftermarket downpipes do. The only ones that don’t are using GESI cats at 3X the price. Those are also the only ones that are truly EPA legal.

Then this statement is misleading "...their reinforced rhodium high-flow 700 CPSI cats that will not activate check engine light" Can't you use defoulers on pretty much any aftermarket downpipe and achieve the same results?

I’ve had SPD’s on with no defoulers since the first batch they made. Doesn’t erase the fact that almost all of them need the defoulers. CVF includes them for a reason. Some brands even have the defoulers built in so unless CVF changed to that J style O2 bung or changed cats completely…they would need them. It comes up damn near daily it seems like in my FB group.
